Treat Yourself Pumpkin Cone

 Hello!  Can you believe Halloween is only two weeks away?  Yikes time sure flies.  Today I have another card that I created with the Treat Yourself Stamp and Dies Set that was a Simon Says Stamp collaboration with  Brutus Monroe for Stamptember.

I didn't have quite the right background paper for this card, so I created my own.  I used a medium orange colored cardstock.  I sprited the paper with Villainous Potion, Spiced Marmalade and Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink Spray.  Once that had dried, I used the Unity Stamps Hanging With My Boos and Smell My Feet to add a print to the background using black ink.  

To complete my card, I used Riley & Company's Corner Cobwebs Die.  This background turned out so pretty, I almost didn't want to cover it.

The pumpkin cone was colored with Copic Markers in the following colors:

• Y32, YR12, YR04, YR18
• YOO, Y04, Y08
• E13, E15, E37
• G43, G94, BG96

I popped the pumpkin cone up on some 1mm foam tape.  The sentiment was stamped from the included sentiments on the stamp set.  I stamped and die cut them and glued them to a piece of cardstock cut like a banner.  To add a little dimension, I curled the sides.

This is such a spooky, yet fun card - I love it!
